We liked pools, foods, activities, cleaning shortly everything Especially thanks for Muhammed Abu he was new housekeeping so kind helpful.And Muhammed Ömer also was too helpfull he made easier mostly. We wnt to go again

“Fantastic stay”

We had a very pleasant stay and everything went really well from start to finish. The welcome was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and there were many activities available throughout the resort for both adults and children. We also really enjoyed the variety of buffet restaurants, with plenty of choices and good-quality food every day. I would like to mention that I got injured on the Magic Loop slide, which in my opinion can be quite risky, so guests should be careful when using it. However, I truly appreciate how professional and supportive the team was in handling the situation. A special thank you to the lifeguards who took care of me immediately, and especially to Ahmed Mustapha, the Front Office Manager, who was extremely kind, supportive, and professional. He is an excellent manager and made a difficult moment much easier for us. We were also very happy with our Large Family Room, which was spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job throughout our stay. Special thanks to Amgad and Mahmood Abdelkader from Property & Services for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly come back again.

Cleaning for restaurant and pools was not enough. Worker's English level very low. Workers doesn't smile always serious. Foods are not delicious. Restaurants doesn't have world kitchen selections. Entertainment absolutely not enough.

First of all, the hotel is very clean and very safe; I would stay here again if I came back. Everyone is incredibly friendly and tries to help no matter what the issue is. The food is not the local delicacies that are mentioned and disliked elsewhere; it's quite global cuisine. The slides and aqua park are excellent; you can also use the slides of the other aqua park during the day. I would like to thank Muhammed Omar and his entire team for their friendliness and helpfulness. By the way, I must also mention the incredibly attentive lifeguards at each pool.

“Disappointing”

I do not recommend this hotel! After 3 successful experiences at Neverland Hurghada, I said we should try Neverland Sharm, but it was a mistake and cannot be compared. Since we arrived, they kept walking us from the reception about 4 times, telling us each time that the room would be ready in 30 minutes to come back. We asked them to give us towels to go to the pool until the room was ready, but they refused (the first time I have experienced something like this, being the 8th time in Egypt). The food was much inferior compared to Neverland Hurghada, and of questionable quality, all family members felt sick from the food (again for the first time since we came to Egypt). The staff was quite indifferent and rude, while we stayed there the waiters did not ask us even once if we wanted to serve anything. Another unpleasant aspect was that they cut our bracelets when we left, I would have understood if we were Egyptians, but we were leaving for Europe…. I didn’t like that there wasn’t even a warm pool in April, although it was still quite cold outside. Even at the hotel where we went to the beach, the water in the pool was heated although the hotel was inferior.

“What a fantastic stay.”

What a fantastic stay. Islam at reception gave us a great room – close to the restaurants and aqua park but quiet at night, which made a big difference. The resort is spotless, both the rooms and public areas are very well maintained. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and we always ate well, with good variety and quality throughout. Special mention to the chef preparing eggs at breakfast in the Cave du Roi restaurant – always smiling, friendly and efficient. The aqua park is excellent, with lots of fun and varied rides. The lifeguard team really stood out: friendly and engaging with the kids, but also very strict on safety, which we found reassuring. We also had access to the other aqua park but preferred ours and spent most of our time there. The hotel is very family-oriented and works really well for a stay with children. The kids loved the evening activities like the bicycle cars and bumper boats, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. The beach was also a highlight, especially the snorkelling straight from the beach where we saw clownfish, parrot fish, a Napoleon fish, a puffer fish and many other colourful species. A big thank you to the staff who made the stay even better: Nabil, Whaled and Whalid (lifeguards), Mahmood (animation team), Abdelrmah Mohamed (Goofy Bar), the towel staff (always friendly and joking), Ahmed who cleaned our room (3226) and checked on us daily, Amir who organised trips in a clear and non-pushy way, and Isra at the spa – truly amazing massages. We had to leave at 3am and everything was perfectly organised with a buggy and a breakfast bag ready for us.
