“A beautiful hotel with outstanding service”

We stayed at this hotel for the first time and absolutely loved it. The hotel is large and very beautiful, but what impressed us the most was the friendliness of the staff. Even though the team works incredibly hard from morning until evening, everyone is welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist. Everything is so well organized — it’s honestly amazing how such a huge hotel with so many guests runs like clockwork. You can really feel that everything has been carefully planned with guests’ comfort in mind. The reef is absolutely incredible — huge, deep, and full of life. There are two ways to enter the sea: from the sandy beach or from the pontoon. Lifeguards are always present both on the beach and on the pontoon, and they react very quickly if something happens or if someone steps on the corals. I think this is extremely important. There are plenty of dining options throughout the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of food kiosks on the beach. There is such a good selection of food and drinks that you don’t even need to leave the beach for lunch. We were also very impressed by the guest relations team and their willingness to help. Every request was handled very quickly. Many thanks for that. We will definitely come back to Park Regency again.

“Perfect for beach holidays”

We just returned from one week holidays there. Location is perfect if you want to visit Old Market Sharm el Sheikh, Naama Bay or Soho square. Room was clean and with all you need like fridge, ice maker, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron with board etc. We was enjoying beautiful bath and private pool straight outside our garden door. And our biggest compliments for our friendly and always helpful pool guard who bought flowers every day on our pool table. We only ate breakfast there and it was delicious and we were spoiled with a choice. And then on top of all that the beach and corral reefs.... It was perfect for snorkeling or just catching the sun on always available loungers.. Thanks.

There were constructions of the swimming pool going on throughout our stay, which was extremely noisy - you could basically heard the noise throughout all outdoor sitting areas of the hotel, given that pool is located central of the hotel. There was no warning prior to the booking. We did not enjoy our stay at all.

This year we stayed in the Club area of the hotel which is exceptional (last year we stayed in the main hotel, which was also very good, therefore decided to return). We loved the peaceful and intimate experience, both in the breakfast area, pool and beach! Excellent service and care for customers at every single interaction! We loved how the Club manager kept greeting everyone by their name and was telling constantly that their job is to spoil us 💙The time we spent at the beach was the highlight of our trip and the team taking care of us there is outstanding! Big thank you for another great stay! We will come back next year, too!

I recently stayed at this resort for a respite break, and overall, the experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt safe, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The environment was well-maintained, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into ensuring guests can truly relax. The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. It’s a lovely place to unwind, especially if you’re looking for a quiet, self-contained resort experience.

It was our second time at the resort and everything was as perfect as last year. The staff from the reception was very nice they’ve always checked in if we needed anything. The room was always very clean thanks to the staff member who was working at our building (Acanthus). We’ve noticed that there was an upgrade at the kitchen because the food was even better than last time everyday. They even had gluten free bread and managed to get us gluten free deserts every time we asked for it. There are a lot of drink options at the bar and the quality of the drinks were really great. We would like to specially thank to Wageh who was always very nice to us and made really good cocktails. The rest of the staff was very kind and helpful. The only thing we liked better last year was the animation. This year there wasn’t as much activites for adults and night activities such as daytime parties, beach party or the pool party as last year and we were really looking forward to those for our second visit. Besides this the daytime and the evening activities and shows were great and entertaining. Overall we had a really good time, I definitely recommend the resort for anyone’s stay at Sharm!

The level of service and attention from staff was more than we expected. We loved the sea view from our balcony, it was such a special surprise to see the sun rise and the moon shining at night! Our room had a surprise every day from the lovely room cleaner and we were so happy. Alhuseinn was amazing and so so kind! Big shout out to him!

Excellent property with highly professional staff in all departments from cleaning to consierge every reastaurant spectacular service a big thankyou to Mahmoud in regency club and all staff there ! Also to moustafa manager at breakfast and lady who makes bread Amani and chef Hamdy :) and the excellent service from Karim in the Indian who speaks excellent English all lovely people .This hotel has improved significantly over the last few years also thankyou to the private beach staff there superb 🙏 and the regency club pool staff and not forgetting the excellent Thai restaurant WOW 🤩 also the cleaning staff were amazing 🤩 every day :) thankyou to everyone who made our stay spectacular

we stayed in a Regency Club room which gave access to Club facilities , Beach, club house for breakfast and open evening for drinks and snacks . The property has beautiful gardens and lawns very well maintained , the club private beach is lovely and leads straight onto one of the best coral reefs in Sharm. The staff are wonderful , friendly ,attentive and helpful, especially in the Club areas.The food generally was excellent we only used the cascades restaurant in the evening a buffet serving a wide variety of cuisines.

The staff, especially Azza from reception, were extremely welcoming and making sure everything is perfect for guests. The reef starts right at the beach

I loved everything only the rooms need some recisit in order to make it exceptional...But kudos to all the staff and arrangements at the hotel u guys are exceptional
