This is a private apartment in a gated community with nice gardens and a huge pool with a waterfall. Close to a good grocery store (Carrefours). Strong internet for work video calls was a big requirement for me, and at first it was a problem, but Amr took care of it quickly and in general was responsive and friendly. There's a nice balcony with a distant view of the sea, and a very friendly stray orange tabby that I named Habibi who sleeps on the balcony chair and would sit in my lap while I worked. Shower is nice and large, with a glass separator which you shouldn't take for granted around here. AC is powerful, and there's a full kitchen and laundry with drying rack.

Very welcoming atmosphere, we get there everything for a comfortable stay. Owner was very nice and friendly. Apartments situated in a very comfortable place, few minutes walk to a really good supermarket. Thank you! We will come back in our next trip to Sharm)!

The apartment is clean, spacious. Good interior. All electrical appliances work. Air conditioners in every room. We had a very good 18 days in this place. We invited friends, we had a vacation together. Nice view of the sea. We would love to come back. Would like more entertainment facilities on the grounds. Hopefully this will all be done.

“A nice comfortable apartment in a pleasant area”

The apartment is located in a nice, peaceful compound area with a swimming pool surrounded by lots of greens and palms. It is in a walking distance to the Carfour supermarket. It is clean, big enough to comfort the 3 of us in my family. There is a big smart TV and a big comfortable sofa in the living room , very big bathroom equipped with a nice shower and a big mirror with hairdryer and a washing machine, the bedrooms are also well furnished with comfortable beds and a TV in one of them which made our stay unforgettable. Last but not least, our host was so supportive throughout all our stay. He replied almost immediately to all the troubles we had even at the very beginning when we booked the apartment. He sent a reliable taxi driver to take us to the apartment after a horrible experience with a previous one we booked. He was so quick and punctual to prepare the apartment in a very short time. Our host guided us all the time as it was our first visit in Sharm el sheik, and we knew nothing about the resort. His valuable help made our holiday unforgettable. We have had really great luck to come across his fantastic apartment, and we will definitely visit him again.

The apartment is really comfortable for 4 people with big rooms and plenty of wardrobe space. Kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your meals. Really nice walk in shower too. The front door has a really safe locking system. Aircon works really well and quietly. Location is easy to find and 10min walk to Carrefour.

The apartment was very clean, tidy and spacious. Amr is an exceptional host and went above and beyond to arrange activities for us during our stay. Also the society has a great view and pool.

Amr was so welcoming and helpful. Anything we requested, he provided. He was very concerned about our stay and wanted to help at all points. He arranged trips for us, made recommendations. The place itself was wonderful, comfortable and close to local attractions. The cat in sleeping in the balcony was cute.

The apartment was very nice and modern, host Amr has been great and very helpful with everything and also arranged the airport taxi, white island and Safari tours. Great value for money, recommended for anyone coming to Sharm.

“Nice modern apartment, as described”

Nice clean apartment, has anything you need for cooking or even detergent for washing machine, very comfy couch in the living great host, arranged taxi pickup from airport for a reasonable price quiet area, within a secured complex of apartments carrefour market within ~10 min walk

The location of the apartment is very good, within walking distance there is a Carrefour (you can pay with card) food court, and shops - we even went to Old Market on foot. There is a free WiFi in the apartment washing machine (there was also washing powder so we needn't to buy it), stove with oven, microwave - and all other necessities in the kitchen. Go bus station is also very close (if you want to travel by bus). Grey couch is exceptionally comfortable. Tv is modern - you can watch Netflix, Prime Video (of course you need to have your own subscription), YouTube and local tv (there is no HBO and Disney in Egypt, movies have subtitles - not dubbing so you can also watch local tv). The are several pools in the area with sunbeds. In the area you can meet friendly cats (kids loved them) - there are not many of them but if you look for them you will find them. The owner is very helpful - he showed us beautiful places to visit - so don't buy a trips before. Ask also about taxi drivers, he will also help with that (our driver was honest man - he didn't try to overcharge us which is common in Egypt). Owner speaks English fluently - so communication is not going to be a problem. So if you gave several apartments to choose from, choose this one.
