Everything was excellent. Pools and watersides are huge and amazing. Food is 5 star. Restaurant staff so friendly and attentive. Big shout out to young Muhammad that worked American Restaurant in the evening and buffet every other meal. Kids club fantastic and gave us lots of free time. Kids loved it. Big shout out to Mia in the kids club. You could see she loved her job and loved the kids and the kids loved her. Kids disco brilliant and kids couldn't wait to go there each night. We extended our stay and also returned back for a 2 week stay since then

“All staff were brilliant, especially M.Adel on reception, very attentive and polite and nothing is too much.”
I liked the buggy service for cases, I also like the pool area too as it’s very clean and also enough loungers for everyone.

“Terrible”
Nothing really, nothing was special we got diarrhea from the food , the rooms were so bad they are so old and not clean , no parties or any special shows , even the small playground for the kids doesn’t have lights at night and its not safe , on the lazy river they let me go without a safety vest

“Great value for money”
Everything and everyone. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom is provided with all sort of kits. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Big variety of fresh food from breakfast to dinner all day long.

“Amazing, a very family friendly place.”
The facilities are perfect, there is so much and it’s n it too overwhelming, everything is close but there is still space. The staff are amazing. You always feel safe and the lifeguards are super vigilant with the children. The dining staff housekeeping, bar, reception everyone just goes out of their way to make it an amazing experience. This is the place only time we have ever gone back to the same hotel for a second time.

One of the best hotels ever you feel the hospitality every where starting from the outside gate to the front desk mr ali &Mr mohamed hussin and the manager Mr ahmed. check in was very fast and easy the restaurant very clean restaurant team were amazing foods 😋 very tasty and variable Aqua very secure aqua guards were friendly and attentive Housekeeper mahmoud always eliminate bill man mohamed very decent all the stuff helpful 👍

The location was good and convenient. Reception Staff and Manager were very helpful and cheerful. The staff at the buffet restaurant were all very helpful, cheerful and nice to deal with. The New Year Event was superb. All the Christmas decoration were nice. Food is excellent and many choices.

The warm welcome specially the recepionist Mostafa was very kind and helpful and provided a full guide to rhe resort facilities and services. Moreover, the staff was very kind and amazing.
