“A perfect stay in a beautiful hotel”

We were very very happy with our stay at Concorde. We received excellent service from all the staff at the hotel. Many thanks for the good service to Karim who made omelettes for us, to the kitchen sous chef Kamal who presented the food and to the skilled staff who served us in the restaurant and various bars. Also a thank you to the front desk and guest relations who also made sure our stay was perfect.

It was a short stay but the staff were all very kind and helpful especially Mr Mohamed Hamed

Great location, clean and comfortable room, very polite and helpful staff. Many thanks to Ayman, Mohamed Hamdy and Mr. Mohamed Hamed. They have looked very well after us during our stay in the hotel.The whole hotel is very well maintained and is located very close to the airport. Food in the restaurant was good. The head chef has individual approach to everyone and tried to make everyone happy. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect - the staff was very helpful and genuinely willing to accommodate our late arrival following the recent events in the Middle East. They offered some very welcomed flexibility and made sure our (short) stay was amazing. Huge thanks to Hadeel and George for their kindness and their understanding. The swimming pool area is very nice and food offering is broad and good quality.
