Overview
The 5-star Charmillion Gardens Aquapark features a large outdoor pool surrounded by cushioned loungers and a private beach access. It has spacious rooms, a restaurant offering themed buffets, and a 24-hour all-inclusive service shared with the nearby sister hotels where guests can eat and drink at bars in Charmillion Group Resorts' sister hotels The air-conditioned rooms at Charmillion Gardens Aquapark include a seating area with satellite TV. They all have a balcony. Each is decorated with tiled floors and dark wooden furniture. Guests can make use of the facilities at Charmillion Club and Charmillion Life resort. These include beach access, a diving centre and a health club with a gym, sauna, and private massage rooms. A playground and a pool are available for younger guests. Sharm El Sheikh International Airport is just 5 minutes by car from Charmillion Gardens Aquapark. Namaa Bay is a 20-minute drive away.

I had a wonderful stay at Charmillion Gardens Hotel. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort to the friendly atmosphere. I would like to give special thanks to the reception team, especially Mr. Rabie, Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Shehab, and Mr. Andrew, for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding service. Many thanks also to Chef Mostafa from the kitchen for the delicious food and great hospitality, and to Mr. Wael at the bar for his kindness and excellent service. The staff made our stay truly memorable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. I will definitely come back again.

This review is not only about the amazing aqua park and slides. It is not only about the great food, the huge variety at the all-inclusive buffet, the amazing quality, and the different cuisines served every day. It is not only about the spacious rooms, the cleanliness, the beautiful pools, the beach access, or the overall facilities. What made our stay at charmillion Garden Club Aqua Park in Sharm El-Sheikh truly special was the people. From the first moment, the team showed friendliness, flexibility, and genuine care. We had a small misunderstanding at the beginning regarding the number of guests checking in, but Andrew from the Front Office handled the situation with professionalism, kindness, and great hospitality. A big shout-out to him. Also, special thanks to Amgad, the Front Office Manager, who was very flexible and made sure everything worked out smoothly for us. The entire team deserves real recognition. Thank you to the operation team, housekeeping team, food and beverage team, security team, and everyone working behind the scenes to make guests feel welcome. “Wonderful time in a great hotel”
My husband and I stayed at the hotel for two weeks with our grandchildren, aged 12 and 14, from 14 to 28 April. Our time in Sharm el Sheik was wonderful. We can definitely recommend the hotel for all ages, especially for people travelling with children. Everyone will find something to suit them. The entertainment team was lively and engaged children and adults in the programme. The staff at both reception and service were excellent and did everything they could to serve us well. The food was good and there was an incredible range. The rooms were great and always well cleaned and everything was in order. A big plus was being able to change the environment and go to the other two Charmillion hotels and use the services there too. We definitely recommend staying at Charmillion and will definitely come back.

The available food was good. The room was really nice and it was really close to the attractions. Many pools and the beach, everything was really clean. We could enjoy facilities of the other resorts attached to it from the same company.

“Excellent choice for kids”
Really nice experience. The best thing about the hotel is absolutely the kids pools - the slides for older kids are great, but even more impressive is that the toddler/young kids area is also pretty good. There's also a separate pool a two minute walk away for adults escaping the noise. Special mention to the lifeguards, who are very observant and paying close attention. Rest of the hotel is nice too. Rooms are simple but fine, good array of tasty food options and different food themes every night means a stay of a week or less doesn't get repetitive. Most of the staff were very friendly too. The beach is quite small but fine for sunbathing and gentle swiming, it's about a ten/fifteen minute easy walk through the sister hotel - see below. Less than ten minutes from the airport in a taxi. Overall a lovely easy stay for a family with kids. For those confused by the Charmillion family and which location has what - Charmillion Gardens Aquapark is the one with the kids pools and slides. Charmillion Sea Life Resort is directly next to it and has a nice pool without slides but is closer to the beach. Charmillion Club Resort is a little further along. Guests can move freely between all of these.

“Highly recommended and will repeat the visit again”
Excellent hotel with big aqua park suitable for all ages. Nice variety in the buffet of the main restaurant and there are other restaurants with different cuisines as Japanese, Italian, oriental and fish restaurants. Room service was great and every day the person responsible for it (named Mustafa) makes lovely shapes of the towels.
