We liked the quiet atmosphere, the clean air, the comfortable sunbeds, and the beautiful sea. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

Everything was good. Arandas and Abdo was very professional and helpful.

Our stay at Charmillion Club Resort was absolutely amazing! The beach was beautiful and relaxing, the food was delicious with so many great options every day, and the flowers and nature around the resort made the atmosphere feel like paradise. The reef was also incredible — perfect for snorkeling and enjoying the beauty of the Red Sea. A very special thank you to the amazing receptionist Kerolos, who was truly an angel with us during our whole stay. He helped us with everything without hesitation, contacted us every day on WhatsApp, and always replied quickly to all our messages with kindness and professionalism. He really made our vacation extra special. Also, housekeeping was very good and always kept everything clean and comfortable. Huge thanks as well to Robert from the bar — he was so friendly, professional, and made every moment enjoyable with his great service and positive energy. The only negative point was that the animation shows and entertainment team were unfortunately very poor compared to the rest of the amazing experience. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely love to come back again!

“Great value for money, good standard of food in all inclusive and some standout staff to top the experience.”

Private beach and how close to pool it was, immaculate gardens that were very well kept. Good standard of food throughout buffet and other restaurants. Peta and Abdo and Arands on reception were get, nothing ever to much trouble for them. Nabil and Tiger (Tattoo & Excursions respectively) , were great to chat to whenever we bumped into them even though we didn’t purchase anything, lovely people. One of waiters in lobby bar was a lovely young chap, always with a smile on his face and all above were a credit to the resort and made us comfortable in our stay.

Hotel is good at all.. All staff has happy face. They call and ask and take care their customer. Hotel also good for calm rest. Sea and reef is nice. Room and things was clean. shower good. Territory green and clean. Food service is good you can find many things. Wifi works good. Many thanks to Armina from receptions he gives answer all questions try to help everything and try to make our rest more good, he is very kind and very good receptionist 🙏

“Good value for money - nice reef”

The staff at the reception and residential buildings was extremely helpful, especially Kerolos at the reception. Generally, the personnel of the hotel were very kind (except for kid club personnel). The area of the hotel is very beautiful :) We always went to the nice main restaurant of the sealife garden, as the food in the one belonging to the charmillion club was not so great. However, it wad very convenient to also have another restaurant for lunch at the beach which made it easier with the kid - a small selection but nice food. We also enjoyed very much Japanese, Lebanese and fish a-la carte restaurants. Reef was amazing, however, be aware that it is a super windy area in sharm el-sheikh. In the beginning of May, ponton was usually open only after 15 pm due to waves. Our 3-years old daughter did not enjoy swimming very much until the waves calmed down late afternoon.

“Great people, amazing hotel with beach and coral reef!”

They treat us like king and queen! The best hotel in Sharm el Sheikh, the staff was great but especially Adly who went above and beyond for us. It was really the best service we could hope for, and this is a stay we will remember forever. The hotel is beautiful, but the people are what makes the stay incredible: everyone was nice for the gardener to the excursions guys, to Valeria, the guest experience manager! It is also great to have the beach and the pier as well, the sea is gorgeous and everything is super clean. They made a special surprise for my birthday as well, a beautiful cake in the room, and a special reservation in the Japanese restaurant which was so tasty. We can’t wait to be back next year!

Amazing resort, really spacious room and very cute, also the view ue just spectacular! The staff was amazing, always trying to be as accommodating and helpful as possible, always available to any requests, special thanks to Kerolos, who checked us in and out, who was truly amazing. Also Armia for a very helpful and easy check out. Overall truly amazing stay, I definitely would recommend it to everyone ! Thank you so much for this amazing holiday. Will definitely be coming back

Our vacation was absolutely unforgettable, and so much of that is thanks to the incredible team at Charmillion Club Resort. A special shoutout to the receptionists, Mahmoud ,Kerolos , Armia and Sayed who went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. They were always welcoming, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed, making us feel truly valued as guests. The hotel itself is amazing—beautiful, clean, and perfectly organized. Everything exceeded our expectations. We were in room HK 4209 (Bravo), and the housekeeping standards were excellent throughout our stay. A big thank you as well to Omar from the spa, who provided such a relaxing and professional experience—it was one of the highlights of our trip. And finally, Donna and the team were absolutely amazing—so friendly, fun, and full of positive energy. They made every day more enjoyable and really added something special to our vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to come back!

An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. I came in for a relaxation Vacation And to celebrate my anniversary and it was exactly what I needed.The entire place is clean and peaceful. The staff are so friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way especialy sayed from reception and the tiny awesome girl Fatma from the animation team , she really gave me a time to enjoy with my wife and she was caring about our child and she really did it very well and i'm so thankful to all the food&beverage staff .l wil definitely be a regular customer and would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone

I had a generally very good experience during my stay. The hotel offers great value for money, with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms that made it easy to relax. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location is also wonderful, with a beautiful sea view and a long, relaxing beach that’s perfect for walks and enjoying the scenery.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the food was amazing, and overall cleanliness was good.
