“A fantastic property”

This villa is a 10 out of 10. It is truly a fantastic property with large living spaces and many outdoor areas to relax and enjoy your holidays. The location is close to vibrant areas such as Nama Bay and Soho Square. The Red Sea is a stones throw from the property with a dive centre approximately 500 metres away. The villa has staff to assist for daily needs such as transport for groceries, etc. Both Mr Mahoud and Mr Mohomad were really helpful with any requests and both lived right beside the property. The property sits inside the Sheraton Resort complex, so the villa is really secure and our family felt really safe throughout our stay.

As soon as we arrived, Mr. Mahmoud warmly welcomed us. The kitchen was stocked with food, drinks, and snacks, covering all the essentials of a typical household — a true sign of the host’s generosity. The house was equipped with high-quality appliances, and the interior was clean and tidy, with a central air conditioning system that kept the entire villa comfortable. The pool and garden were both well-maintained, clean, and relaxing. The villa is located in the Sheraton area, which felt incredibly safe — we even left the backyard door open without any worries. The villa was so comfortable and enjoyable that we weren’t even eager to leave and explore Sharm El Sheikh! Mr. Mahmoud was one of the kindest people we met during our stay. The whole group appreciated how he checked on us daily and made sure we had everything we needed.

“Absolutely amazing!”

This villa is a paradise. It is better than on the pictures. We had 7 days of beautiful view, amazing outside swimming pool, warm sea just in front of the property with beautiful corals and fish. Villa’s outside territory is something special, I have never seen anything like that before. Very cleverly designed, all little details thought through. Swimming pool is huge, kids spent a lot of time there. It is situated on the territory of Sheraton hotel, gated secured territory which is a big plus. We stayed for Christmas and hardly saw any people which made it very special for us not to be surrounded by hotel crowds. I was watching the sunrise almost every day, it was breathtaking. This place is so tranquil. There are two people who look after the property and they can help with anything, they assisted us with food shopping on the local markets, showed us how to make barbecue, provide transfer to the airport. The owner of the place contacted me on WhatsApp after we reserved, welcomed us with the keys, showed the property, explained everything, stayed connected through the whole stay, allowed late checkout without extra costs. Villa inside is huge, all very comfortable; the only thing - kitchen needs to be organized a bit better in terms or cutlery and utensils, but it was not much important for us. We went to the town for dinners at the local restaurants, had breakfasts and lunches at the villa. We used local taxi services from Sheraton reception or the people looking after the villa can drive you as well. We were told we could use hotel facilities but the villa was so amazing we did not use hotel at all except massage for my husband. We will for sure book again as the villa exceeded our expectations and we want to come back.

The villa is a 15-minute drive from the airport, we were met by a minibus and taken to the villa. The villa is located on the first line of the beach with a magnificent sea view. The sea is 10 metres from the villa, in fact it stands on the shore. Additionally, two local assistants live near the villa, who helped us a lot: they took us shopping, helped with cooking, paid in local currency, washed dishes, cleaned the house, took care of the plot, took out garbage and actually fulfilled any request, they helped us a lot during our vacation. Both assistants speak English, a little Russian. The villa is located in the protected area of the Sheraton Hotel, there are two security posts at the entrance, so it is very safe in the villa. On the territory of the villa there is an excellent pool with a separate children's area, also the pool has a smooth increase in depth, the length allows the adult to swim calmly, while resting for a week the younger child began to swim very actively and dive thanks to the opportunity to start with a shallow pool and then began to swim at depth, the pool is self-cleaning, there is almost no smell of chlorine, the pool is cleaned every day. The pool is unheated, but we were at the beginning of May and the water was warm even in the morning, we swam a lot. There is a bar in the pool, right in the water there are seats and a bar counter, very convenient for a large company. On the territory there is a gazebo with a sea view, there is a separate gazebo for cooking barbeque, we had a great time cooking a barbeque, one of the local assistants helped us to light the barbeque.

A stunning villa at a stunning location. Moreover, we asked the owner to organize a cook and housekeeper for our stay. Ahmed and Mahmoud took care of our family incredibly well making our vacation even more enjoyable. We hope to come back one day!
