They canceled our reservation while we were on the plane arriving to Dubai even if we confirmed our arrival many times. They never respond on messages send on their Booking.com page. Avoid this hotel

We have booked the room in this hotel for special promoution price with 60% discount. However when we have arrived, the hotel has refused to check us in via our booking. Instead they requested us to pay 3x price for the same room to be able to check us in. It seems like some sort of scam... We needed to find another hotel instead.

“Probably the best place in Sharjah for its money to stay”
Great place with friendly staff, various and tasty food, clean and spacious rooms. The location is perfect, it took us 10 minutes to walk to the sea. Special thanks to housekeeping crew, especially James and Emily for amazing service.

Thank you to all the staff at Red Castle Hotel for our wonderful family vacation. We liked the rooms – very spacious and comfortable, with a pleasant temperature inside. Breakfasts and dinners were tasty and varied. It’s a 7-minute walk to the beach, and there’s also a shuttle that runs several times a day. The staff were very responsive, always ready to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible! Special thanks to the floor supervision team: Rajitha, Sotib, and Phyu. They were always available for any of our additional requests.

“Great vacation spot. if yu wanto forget the city crowd. Come to this castle. feel the royality.”
it was a great experience over all and the vibe is ROYAL. Good tidy clean room and a must visit. I feel the pool. staffs, presentation everything was really good and top notch. Even the housekeeping staff cleaned up our room very well. Awesome pool placement and the view is best. NO noise less crowded areas away from city is best for some to relax and chill, specially for some who wants to move out of city crowd.
