Everything was great. We had an upgrade ( possobly due to the 80 japanese students), room was very big, clean and big windows for the vieuw. Hotel was clean, food wel organised and a lovely onsen.

There is so much to love about this place. It looks oddly unappealing from this outside but the inside is absolutely beautiful. It’s on the pricey side but boy it was beautiful. The breakfast and dinner were amazing. The staff were amazing, kind and helpful. I love this resort! I would definitely come back again if we were in the area.

the room was lovely and ridiculously spacious with a beautiful view. everything was very clean and comfortable. a generous breakfast and dinner were included, with plenty of different options. the outdoor onsen was lovely as well. i can’t speak for a summer stay, as i came in january, but keep in mind this place is very remote and in winter, nothing around is open aside from a few corner shops. this, to me, was a surprising but pleasant experience - i truly felt i was in japan, not in a tourist town. however, i must say, i believe it is an entirely different matter in the summer.

Amazing hotel. Both the room and other facilities were incredible, including the baths. Food quality, freshness and selection for both dinner and breakfast was outstanding. Can't recommend this place enough. I'm looking forward to stay here again. Please keep up your quality standards.

“Really comfortable hotel”

This was our favourite hotel on our trip to Hokkaido. The room was big and comfortable and the buffet was of a very high quality with a more relaxed feel. The onsen is lovely with indoor and outdoor baths.

Good services. Good foods for both dinner and breakfast. Good environment. Good views. Location is good and convenient with driving. Sunset wiew will be fine in good weather.

Excellent buffet, good quality of food, spacious twin room. You can enjoy beer, both red and white wines. The special silky coffee is wonderful.
