I really enjoyed my stay at Mombasa Continental Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made the experience feel warm and welcoming. The food portions were impressively generous and tasty. A great balance of comfort, value and genuine hospitality.

The location is amazing. It's right next to the beach. There is always someone to help around the hotel, doesn't matter the time or day. There is security stationed at the reception door and the gate adding more security to the place.

Great location with beach access. Breakfast & dinner meals were well done with good variety. The staff were amazing, cordial and interactive with the customers. We didn’t meet Dennis, but he took care of our concerns promptly and commendably.

Other than the staff who were supportive and friendly the facilities are run down.

The breakfast was typical Kenyan, plenty and lots of variety. It was always fresh and we didn't experience stomach upsets. The staff were very friendly, we enjoyed the all inclusive package often prompted by the friendly staff. The rooms were timely cleaned daily. The beach front was beautiful and relaxing.

The staff are very friendly , beautiful beach and ambience, good variety of the breakfast and dinner. We were all inclusive package, the lunch buffet can have more variety. The relaxing are la near the beach is wonderful. It's children friendly. The beds are comfortable. The shower pressure of water is great. Rooms are clean and very well lit. Beautiful dining area. Beautiful entertainment.

the facility is very beautiful with a unique charm and identity, indeed it is quite comfortable. The beach is abosoloutly fabulous. Breakfast and dinner buffet has a number of varieties, it was good.

Most of the staff were nice and friendly ,the food was okay ,best room given with a lovely ocean view and on special request at the reception,they helped me make a surprise for my husband with a nice bed decor ,fruit and wine package.

No TV channels Bad wifi You are guarded and watched everywhere... restrictions on where you are allowed to walk if you bring a bottle of water with you back to hotel- you ar punished.. (you just try !! ) This is not a stupid hotel !! ITS A STUPID PRISON !!! My last time spending holiday in a prison !! (but you just do whatever you want !!)

It was pleasant stay, good location, great breakfast spread. Clean beach. This was my second time stay at same resort, would love to visit again.

The location was amazing with clean and secure beach,the food was good,though the A la carte wasn’t so fresh.the buffet was better especially with their fried turkey!
