The receptionist very kind. Assist me for every questions/ problem that I have. They gave me mineral water even during my check out. They help me to bring my bags to my room. The location is very near to the east gate of ancient town. And only 20 mins to the airport. For Muslims, there are so many halal restaurants nearby.

The guesthouse is a Tibetan style hotel! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable but they were a little cold! There was heating and electric mattress to keep us warm. The location is great, very close to the ancient city and they offered us a free pick up from the train station, which was really kind! They don’t offer breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, but the streets are freezing in the morning, so it’s important to wear warm clothes! The hosts were very kind and helpful and we felt very welcomed there

What a beautiful place! The people are so nice and helpful, they have done everything to make us feel at home. The room is comfortable and close to the best places in the old town. This is our favourite place in China.

so first they should offer the service to come and pick you up at the airport/station but they NEVER replied so we had to take a bus and then we found out that the adress that is showed on the site is not correct so we walked around for ONE HOUR when finally a random guy helped us.. when we came inside we saw 5 people around the table playing at the computer and smoking a lot when they saw us one of them came and without saying even hello the first thing he said was : how you want to pay? second it’s written that they have the service for cleaning the room but when we asked them they said that they don’t it’s also written that they help you for tours and staff to do around the city but when we were asking they couldn’t explain anything even with google translate. I think that maybe for some Chinese people that they know the language would be a little better but if you are a tourist I would never recommend it.. Aldo they don’t even have towels just some paper stuff the only positive thing is that when we had to take a taxi from there to the station they paid for it and we appreciated a lot but for the rest it’s a big no no

“Comfortable stay at a lovely inn”

Beautiful building with many family rooms. Staff was very helpful and always ready to assist. The kids loved the bunk bed.

It's centrally located in the 獨克宗古城Dukezhong old town, just 5 mins walk to the famous 轉經筒temple, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Good working wifi. Hot shower water. Heating and warm electric blanket are awesome in this chilly weather of Shangri-la. Sometimes we just chilled in the hostel and feeling home here!

Excellent location and walking distance to shopping belt and temple attractions. Excellent beddings with heated mattress and heater conditioning to keep us warm and comfortable. Would stay again. Host is friendly and helpful.
