“Good for a short city stay, stunning views”
This hotel offers what are likely the best views of the Bund in Shanghai. The location is unbeatable, situated right on Nanjing Road, making it an ideal choice for a short city break. I was especially impressed by the personal touch; despite my birthday being a few days away, they thoughtfully sent a card and cake to my room. The rooms themselves are beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable.

“Exceptional service, luxurious stay”
The service was wonderful, with staff standing by the pickup and dropoff to help with luggages and boarding. We accidentally left one of our belongings at a shopping mall, and the staff helped to arrange for someone to collect the item and send it back to the room directly for a very small fee of 30rmb. The gym is exceptionally stocked with coconut water and cold towels, clean equipment and plenty of space. The indoor pool is also heated, even during winter. Room had a splendid view, comfortable amenities.

Really like the location and the roof top bar with amazing view. The house keeping really pay attention to small details, which make my day every time returned to room, which they will come in to make up the room, is not just every morning but everytime leaving the room

The rooms are beautiful and modern, plenty of space. Location is great and the whole hotel is beautiful. Great to have the pool facilities and very kind lifeguard who looks after you there.

“Stay here. Dont bother with anywhere else!”
Absolutely sensational. Firstly, I requested a birthday set up in the room on arrival for my boyfriend’s birthday - they went above and beyond and provided a cake and rose petals and the room was stunning. The quality of everything in the hotel is absolute luxury, from the bed linen to the pillows, the dressing gowns, towels and the little things like noticing I use retainers so provided me with free retainer cleaner everyday and free chocolates and fresh fruits. The hotel smells absolutely gorgeous the moment you walk in and the decor is so stunning and luxurious. The rooftop bar is the BEST view of the bund, honestly breathtaking and the Japanese restaurant was gorgeous and the best food we have had in China. The private chauffeurs to and from the airport were professional and provided water and a relaxing trip for us. The breakfast, whilst expensive, is expansive and has a good range of western choices. The location is perfect too and it’s wonderful retreating to this hotel after a long day out and about. It is truly fantastic.
