Hotel provides shuttle service to/from Pudong Airport. Reception staff is very helpful and efficient. The layout of the room is spacious, clean and functional. Breakfast is good too.

“Quiet like the countryside”

Very nice area, not touristy at all, plenty of food outlets literally just around the corner, with probably 100's of Chinese takeaways, a kfc and burger bar for the less adventurous. The breakfast in the hotel was very good, nice and fresh, with a mix of European and traditional Chinese cuisine. All in all a very pleasant Hotel

Airport shuttle was on time, breakfast was good, and room was clean and good size. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff was great. They helped us to manage a problem with attention. Special mention to staff number 5, 6 and 26 that take care of us. The price is correct and the room very large and specially designed for children.

Airport was nearby, Free shuttle to airport and Disney, Breakfast was nice. Surrounding shops are fantastic. need to walk around. once exit hotel turn right and keep walking do not need to cross the road you will find many shops to eat. Near by you can take a Didi ( RMB 35-56 ) to Chuan Sha old town to shop and eat as well.

Only had a short one night stay while waiting my connection flight. I liked my stay. Staff was friendly. Room and beds were nice. Breakfast was good. Hotel close to airport. Nothing to complain.

It was handy to all the things that we wanted to do and visit. This was my first time to Shanghai and I had no idea where the hotel was in proximity to airport, shopping Disney.

Comfortable beds, air conditioning (heating) was excellent. Had instructions for remote in both English and Chinese. Windows were double glazed so despite being close the airport, we can barely hear the aircraft taking off. (The provided ear plugs but weren’t necessary) The airport shuttle works well, they communicated the pick up times straight away once you book. The breakfast is fantastic, especially if you’re over airplane food and just want a nice breakfast when you arrive really early in the morning.
