“Perfect family accommodation in Shanghai”

We were upgraded which was much appreciated ! The large room with view was fantastic. Before arriving, we were contacted by Vivien who gave all needed information and responded quickly to our questions. Good location with several metro stations nearby. Very good washing machine and the clothes dryed quickly with good AC. Very clean room and confortable beds. This accommodation contributed to a memorable stay in Shanghai !

Check in and check out is easy. If you are not old folks, then still walkable distance to the tourist spots. Lobby has a grocery shop which still opens around 12am, so you can buy groceries at the shop. Overall it's a good place.

Vivien was very helpful to plan our trip. The location of the hotel is very convenient to visit the main attractions.

i really liked the double beds (so 2 x double beds in living room and 1 x double bed in bedroom). they were very comfortable. the view is amazing! there is a washing machine, stove with 2 pit, large refrigerator, microwave, hot water cooker! there even was soap for the washing machine. everyday fresh water, clean towels. the shower is very good!!! hot and strong! there is a little super market on ground floor of the building. very handy for small groceries. the staff was very nice and helpful with everything. great place to stay!!

Very nice location close to Nanjing road. Super nice people, they helped us every time we needed help. You get access to wechat group and they help you every time you need something. Vivien and the rest of the team was very friendly and helpful. If we come back to Shanghai we will stay at River House for sure.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Great views, warm, relaxing, cleaned daily. Staff were extremely helpful. We were upgraded to a better room. They arranged a minibus airport pickup & safari park/station drop off for our family group (for a reasonable fee). Handy small convenience store downstairs in the lobby for basic needs.

Everything good. We will stay here next time for sure.

Lovely staff who were easy to deal with, they let us store our bags with them as we arrived very early in the morning and messaged us as soon as the room was ready. Very comfortable room with a great view and exceptional value for money

“Superb and comfortable stay”

The view from the room is simply breath taking. We could see the Pearl of the Orient from our room and the lights from the skyscrapers was a great bonus. The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is great and we had a really nice walk to the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street.

We, a group of 4 frieds, stayed here for three nights and were very happy! The host was very helpful and even let us check in early as the room was already free. The room had everything we needed and the staff was helpful when we had questions. The location is really great: A bit more quiet area but very close the busy streets around Nanjing East Road. Great!
