“Very good breakfast, very helpful and friendly stuff, train/metro station in front”

Very nice room - fresh, comfortable bed, clean, has all basics. Very nice breakfast. Shared laundry machines for extra fee (50-75 yuan per wash+dry). Metro right in front and has many restaurants in the same building. Convenience store in front. Super helpful and friendly stuff. All tourist destinations (bund, Yu garden, zoo, etc.) are 30 min with taxi (50-60 yuan one way) or 50-60 min with public transport. I would very much recommend the place for family with kids (and without kids too) if you don’t mind taking the taxi for the steering and activities.

The best hotel in Shanghai where you get the most for your money. Finished my second stay, and the staff, location and hotel standard is PERFECT. Staff is friendly, rooms are big, and the metro station is right across the street. Great place, will return here again.

The hotel room has a unique layout and is located on two floors. Delicious breakfast with a wide selection is available. The metro, shops, and a bank are nearby. Reception was helpful with taxis. We were pleasantly surprised by a cake for my parents' wedding anniversary. The men at the reception speak English, but ladies don’t.

Convenient location right above the metro

Great location, very close to metro station. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The stuff was always polite and helpful. Greate value for money.

A quiet and peaceful area. Nearby are Wagas with European food, a Starbucks, and a large food court with plenty of options. The apartments are clean and have everything you need.

“Comfy place to stay”

The rooms are exactly as in the pictures. A loft style, with mini kitchen, microwave and basic utensils provided. Iron & iron board are also provided. In my opinion, the room is just perfect for three people. It can fit up too four pax but its going to be kinda packed. There is laundry room for hotel guests to wash & dry their clothes; super convenient! (but its not free, you have to pay & get coins from the reception). Staff are all helpful and they're able to speak English. The location is on the quiet suburb side, but so close with the subway train. There are familymart, heytea, starbucks and lots of f&b stores nearby.

“Metro Orange Line 7: Great location and convenient to downtown Shanghai”

Close to walk to the metro station (Orange Line 7, Exit 5). It's a little out of the city centre for some peace and quiet but is only a few stops away from Jing'an Temple Station and is also the same line to go to Gucun Park to enjoy the cherry blossoms during spring. Neighbouring area has lots of shops selling fresh fruits and convenience stores like Family Mart just right round the corner. Don't be fooled by the lack of shops above ground, sure you have Starbucks next door and HeyTea across the street, but more restaurants underground and a McDonald's too if you're looking for fastfood. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and patient with us when it comes to directions and places to visit in and around downtown Shanghai. Can't remember everyone but there was Vivian, Laura (both concierge) and Michael (hotel porter) who assisted us through our entire stay. Made us feel welcomed.

The property is great for the size. Location is convenient if you like a quiet area. Just outside the Lango road (Line 7) metro exit which makes the area accessible to the city and sight seeing. Clean. The staff is very nice and helpful.

I liked everything! My whole stay was perfect! For info, metro station is across the street! Inside this metro station, you have a bunch of restaurants too. Rooms are HUGE, everything is clean! Big and warm thank you to housekeeping lady on 20. Floor for cleaning my room. Always smiling! Reception was 10/10. This whole hotel is perfect. You don’t need anything more. From this hotel to the bund it takes maybe 20minutes with metro in total. If I visit shanghai again, I’m coming back. No need to look at other hotels, as value for money is not 10/10, but 100/10.
