“Excellent location but service requires improvement”
The view from the room was very nice and the sound proof of the room was excellent. The modern interior was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The sofa near the window was very nice to watch the world go by. It was useful to have a fridge in the room and tea facilities were provided .

“Really nice, clean and new hotel, even though there was some construction right next to the hotel.”
The residence tower is located in a quiet neighborhood, still have nice restaurants around. Very surprise to find Tim Hortons around the corner.

The security guards and housekeeping staff were very nice and polite. The room was spacious, had a nice city view and was clean.

“NOT RECOMMENDED”
Some of the stuff helped us for directions and ordered a driver to leave to the airport last day which was helpful. Amazing room but unfortunately bad service.
