“Great stay, location awesome”
The room size was awesome. Staff were helpful in checking 1 room in early as we landed early. The amenities in the room, toilet seat functions came with a washer which no other hotels I stayed in during my stay had. They also had fans available as they only have heaters. So it was good that we could open the window. Bed was comfy, room clean, location awesome. They had a massage chair at the laundry room which was an awesome touch.

Very convenient location, easy access to subways and lots of options for good quality restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They let me check in earlier as my plane arrived at early morning. They looked after my luggage when I was traveling to another city.

The room was beautiful and luxurious. We asked for a quiet room and I was able to sleep without earplugs. The staff were excellent especially Mr Luo who is helpful and friendly. He even assisted me to call the next hotel to resolve an issue as my Mandarin is not great. The location is excellent with the Nanjing Road West metro station right near our doorstep, food street next to the hotel and interesting streets all around. We had a wonderful stay.
