“Good location but aircon not working and not attended to after two requests.”
The hotel is well located - just a ten minute walk from a main railway station and shops and restaurants. Excellent for the NECC. Staff were friendly and the hotel gym and pool were good too. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety. I found it good value.

Fabulous hotel in a great location about 15 mins walk from Hongqiao train station. Friendly, professional staff, beautiful big, immaculate rooms and enjoyed the restaurant food. The area is quiet being in the business district though a great shopping centre with many restaurants. The pool and gym added to our enjoyment of staying here. Would highly recommend.

“Conveniently located near Shanghai Hongqiao transport hub, the Hyatt stay was just okay for business”
After spending several days at another hotel in China, my stay at the Hyatt was just okay. The hotel itself was beautiful and located in a very pleasant area, very close to the large transport hub (including the airport, train station, metro station with several lines, and buses). The bedding had an excellent feel, which added comfort to the stay. Overall, while the location is convenient, the experience lacked the warmth and highlights that make a hotel stay memorable.
