Had a really positive stay at Hyatt House, its my 2nd time back here! Special thank you to Max 刘星权 for going above and beyond. We did have a small inconvenience with the laundry—unlike some hotels where it’s complimentary, we had to pay coins to use the machines, and unfortunately the dryer didn’t work. After spending hours trying to sort it out late at night, Max stepped in to help us resolve the issue, which made a huge difference and allowed us to finally get some rest. Really appreciate the support and thoughtfulness—thank you again!

Very comfortable and well-maintained room, good pool, great daily cleaning and room service staff is very prompt in delivering items. Daily breakfast spread was good with reasonable varieties. Location is a little far from city but the hotel is walkable to train station and line 2 is convenient to get to places.

Hyatt House Hongqiao is perfectly located near Hongqiao Hub which has abundant shopping and restaurant options. importantly, Hyatt House is within walking distance of the NECC Exhibition Centre as well as the Hongqiao Railway Station. The staff at Hyatt House is friendly and helpful, and helped to make my stay an enjoyable one.

Large room. The hotel is right next to the main train station of Shanghai, which is helpful if you need to catch an early morning train as I did.

It is within walking distance to Shanghai Airport but all six of us couldn't navigate our way there. Wasted two hours and ended up getting a Taxi. Just get the taxi it is only about $5 aud

Bed was very comfortable. Also nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast was very good. You could find classic European meals but also traditional ones. Close to high speed trains and metro...cca 8 mins of walk.

Very good breakfast. Rooms were clean. Excellent location, close to metro station and Hogqiao Airport. Unfortunatly poor instruction for room services and qr code did not work well for foreigners. Room space is very good.

Very convenient location, great support from the staff, generally high level as expected. The ATM machine in a lobby is an advantage as it was hard to find other cash machines on the airport, railway stations and other public areas. The underground connection with the convention centre and Hongqiao Hub is perfect. An excellent breakfast with both Chinese and European food.
