“Gorgeous views, beautiful spacious room and unforgettable memories”
The most amazing river view - really made our stay unforgettable for that alone. We only had 2 nights there but the view alone and the stature of the building was incredible.

“Top notch - will recommend”
If you’re in Shanghai definitely a must book even if it’s for a day. The skyline view and the breakfast menu was endless. I was always looking forward to the breakfast. Spa , massage and jacuzzi and gym was really good.

“Great old school luxury hotel with the best view of Shanghai”
My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. You’re up in the sky looking down at the city skyline. We got a spectacular room looking over the pool, and we were on the 78th floor. We really enjoyed the whole experience. The spa, changing room, and gym were incredible. The bathrooms in the hotel rooms are nice and stylish. The rooms do feel a little bit tired, and so does the overall hotel, but it actually gives an old-school Chinese feel, so we really loved it.

There's an overcharge on the accommodation. Thus the hotel asked me to dispute this with Booking.com so more work to deal with. It's such a hassle.

Firstly we had exceptional service from Thomas when we checked in and there was confusion about the two Hyatt hotels in Shanghai. He went over and above to sort our bookings, help with all sorts of issues and made the whole mess much less stressful because of his calm approach.
