The Bund Panorama Oasis with Romantic Pool offered a fantastic view of Pudong. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices.

Best view ever! Room with small pool 💖

Mould smell , zero ventilation in the pool rooms or working airconditioning which resulted in a very humid hot and stuffy room that smelled terribly of mould

The hotel was amazing! We were very fortunate to receive an upgrade given it was quiet season, and we were celebrating. The room was incredible, and the staff went above and beyond. We had a late flight out of China and we were able to use the gym facilities to shower prior to leaving. We didnt get chance to use the gym/pool/spa but they looked great. Fab views from the rooftop bar.

The room is spacious, modern, and nicely designed. The bathroom is large and the view from the jacuzzi/bathtub is beautiful. There’s plenty of storage space for your belongings.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Edison and Pinky were particularly helpful! The room was luxurious, with a view of the Bund, which made it difficult to leave the hotel and explore!

“Exceptional stay”

Our room had the most amazing river view (Panorama Riverside Retreat King Room on a higher floor). The room was huge, very quiet and super clean. The gym, pool and spa facilities are fantastic. Breakfast was great and open till 12pm. The rooftop bar has stunning views over the city and the food & drinks up there were really good.

The fitness centre is impressively well-equipped, and the room is spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the high-quality cups and glasses, as well as the complimentary minibar. The staff went above and beyond by preparing a delightful surprise—an adorable cheesecake and mini cupcakes to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They also kindly extended our stay due to the typhoon, which was truly unexpected and deeply appreciated. Overall, we’re very satisfied with our experience and the thoughtful service provided.

Upon check - in, OLLY provided enthusiastic and professional service. OLLY actively offered assistance and gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities. The service was meticulous, covering everything from luggage handling to route guidance with great care and thoughtfulness, which made guests feel extremely warm.

Brand new hotel with great room. The front desk people are amazing, food top terrace is great, food is pretty good.
