“Extremely poorly managed”
On the 2nd day, the guest next door was smoking in their room and we could smell it in my room. The guests next door invited a lot of guests to their room and were talking very loudly on their phone at the corridor. We approach the front desk and demand to speak to their GM who was not around on that day. We demand the hotel to change our hotel but they refuse & insists that they could only cancel our reservations with no penalty. The GM didn’t follow up with us after the incident. The drop off location for the didi was incorrect therefore the driver always is unable to find the pick up point.

“With its highs and lows, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable”
I liked that the room was clean, that's the first aspect. The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was huge, with a separate toilet, making it possible to use both facilities (shower/bathtub and toilet) simultaneously if the room accommodates two people. Although I paid for breakfast every day, I only went once, and I regret it. In terms of dishes, breakfast is not exceptional, but it has plenty of fruits, and the dragon fruit is incredibly delicious. The staff's hospitality is remarkable; I've rarely seen anything like it. Every day, my bed was made, I was given fresh towels, my sink was cleaned, and the trash was taken out.

Modern and new hotel, close to subway and many restaurants and shopping mal. I like the architecture and interior. Rooms are big and bathroom is great. Easy to book taxi and friendly staff. Great breakfast.

New and moderne hotel. Great place to stay in Shanghai for a reasonable price, great breakfast, and friendly staff. Close to many restaurants and Subway line 6, 8 & 11. Approx 30 minutes to airport by taxi (200RMB)

“Clean, comfortable and extremely plesant”
Great location, only a 5 mins walk from Taikooli shopping area with lots of eateries, cafes etc. It’s also there where the Oriental Sports Centre metro station is - connecting with Line 8 and Line 11. Right outside the hotel (30s walk) there’s a Starbucks and a food mall. The staff were all really friendly and extremely helpful, ordering taxis and showing us how to get places.
