One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. There were so many little perks, from free laundry, free snacks in the room, to free tea time and evening soup bar. The rooms were futuristic and the hotel is right next to a subway entrance

I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite, which made my final days in China even more special. I had an excellent stay at Atour Hotel Shanghai City Center. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with a great location close to many attractions and transport links. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. What made my stay truly special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the assistance from the reception team, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. “I would definitely stay again in this location my next visit here and I would recommend it to others”
The breakfast spread is very nice, with plenty of choice depending on your daily mood. I would add just a little bit more pastries choices, but that’s my personal preference. The buffet overall really exceeded my expectations and I was looking forward to have it each morning of my stay! Also to note, the hotel offered a free laundry service which in my opinion was truly amazing. You could call any time, hang your clothes outside your room and usually in less than a few hours they are back.
