The lady at the counter who tried her hardest to improve my terrible experience with the limited resources she is given. This place could have been a hit in the 90s, but definitely not anymore!!

Beds comfy and room big. Breakfast okay. Customer service good. Very close to Mystic lake casino. Great location. Place was clean and pool and hot tub nice. Over all except a few things nice place.
