For a short stay of 1-2 nights is fine. The conditions correspond to the price per night. The apartment was very large, this is a plus, wifi also very good. Comfortable large bed and friendly and helpful staff.

“Good budget hotel at the edge of the desert”
We stayed here as a last minute booking after turning up at a less than good campsite for the night, staff were really friendly and the apartment was very comfortable and spacious - great value for the price and near cafes and restaurants (highly recommend the Omani/Yemeni restaurant about 800m up the road!)

This was the only reasonable accommodation option in Bidiah for us on our specific route. The apartment was clean, we got towels, free wifi, it was exactly what we needed.

We stayed one night to start the sand dunes early the other day. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The bed linens were clean, accommodation was spacious, A/C worked, parking in front of hotel, payment by card available. Next to the hotel there are a laundry and places to have dinner and breakfast.

Very nice place to rest, very close to the desert in a very Omani specific town where you can find almost anything. Probably not suitable for long stays. Not because of the hotel, but because of the surroundings.
