“Great stay. Recommended for families staycation”
Peaceful side of Shah Alam. Room is spacious enough. King bed is huge. Breakfast is good.

“Will not repeat”
I hated the breakfast. The staff didn’t even refill the orange juice and apple juice. At the toast section, the butter was finished too. I waited almost 10 minutes hoping the staff would refill it, but nobody came. The staff collecting the plates were also rude, HE didn’t even ask before taking them away. No smile, not friendly at all, he is the one who looked Indian/Bangladeshi. The food choices were very limited, and the fried rice was extremely bland. WORST!!!!!!!!

“Just the breakfast buffet a let down. Room is ok. Safety wise, l wouldnt go out at night.”
Just the room. Hear weird noises like moving of furniture at 3 - 4 am, doga barkimg around that hour.

Overall, our stay was really great 🤍 The room was beautiful, the facilities were nice, and the breakfast was enjoyable too. Definitely a good place for a short getaway and relaxing stay.

Value for money. The hotel is clean, cozy, and has great amenities. Perfect for business travelers or short stays. Smooth check-in process. Will definitely come again if I have plans in Shah Alam!

Housekeeping is super late . Staff on counter were exceptionally rude . We checked in at 3 and there were no towels in our room . They never answered the calls saying they are busy and when we went down at5.30 pm for the 3rd time to request for towels , one Chinese lady shouted back saying we are busy . Then how am I supposed to shower and get ready . This is my 4th years staying here for family event ,now I should really reconsider my plans next year. Worst experience by that lady.. housekeeping staff were nice and the malay girl in kaunter was always smiling and nice too .

I love the room and tv channel. The furniture is up to date and not so old fashioned. Tv channel also superb. Not like some hotel, only got tv1, tv2 & tv3. The breakfast also good. Dont have much choice, but still worth it. If i need to check in at Shah Alam again, i will come here.
