“Great place for a family!”

Great location for the lake and easy to cycle to Annecy and beyond.

We had a great stay at Maison Keryaute! The apartment is very spacious (we stayed there with 4 people), well equipped and tastefully decorated. There is also large roof window which lets in a lot of light. Laura was very responsive: we had a flat tire with a bike twice (!) and each time she replaced the bike the following day. Besides the bike, there was also a sup provided and our kids really enjoyed themselves with it on the lake. We cooked several times in the apartment; the kitchen is well equipped with a decent oven, induction cooking plate, 2 coffee machines, toaster, etc. Free parking in front of the apartment. We mostly parked at the other side of the street where we always found a spot as well (also free + there was shade there). The apartment is next to a busy road but we had zero trouble with traffic noise (you really don't hear it inside). And this location does come with the big benefit of being very close to the lake: crossing the road (French drivers are really polite! We crossed the road dozens of times and each time drivers stopped immediately to let us cross) + a 1-minute walk and you're at the lake.

There are no windows in this apartment. It´s difficult to fresh up air and it´s very cold because no sun can come in.

Good location - 5 minutes stroll from lake. Good facilities - including bikes and a paddle board. Well equipped to cook. Remarkably quiet given position on busy road. Good internet access. Sophie helpful. Downstairs bedroom very convenient for my wife who has mobility issues.

Good parking, great location, quiet, clean. Great decor, host have done a great job to bring light into the accommodation that has no windows.
