“The perfect place to stay just outside Annecy”
Everything about this property is first class ! Our host met us at the gate and was a perfect gentleman. There was home made apple juice in the fridge, a bottle of wine and a large brioche loaf to enjoy for breakfast. The views over lake Annecy from every bedroom where a complete joy ! A taxi into Annecy was about 20 Euros but there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby Especially the Black Bass and Les Poisson Rouge down by the lake side both within 10 minutes walking distance from the house.

Good location short walk down to the lake and the lakeside cycle path. Free bus to Annecy available in the summer from the stop a couple of minutes walk if you don't want to use the car .

Extremely comfortable, great location, easy access to the lake for swimming and biking. Superbly well equipped. Wonderful views.
