“Nice experience!”
Very nice area, calm and close to the lake. The room was quite small but with all the amenities included: kettle, microwave, fridge and kitchen accessories. The breakfast was also provided and it was really good, with a mix of local products. Aude was really kind and helpful with all the instructions that I needed. Confortable bed and clean room.

“Cosy, high quality accommodation in a peaceful setting with lake and multiple activites a stone’s throw away”
Fantastic location right by the cycle path and lake. But also very quiet and peaceful. The property itself was cosy and nicely decorated and furnished. Many activists within easy reach - tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, table tennis, basketball courts. The beach and beachside bar and restaurant are very nice - one of my favourites - are a one minute walk away.

Amazing place! Our room was changed to the outbuilding. Thank you! The flat was cozy and comfortable. There was clean and quiet. There were everything you need to cook food, and some foodmarket near. Communication with host was fast, we had detail information about flat.

Cosy apartment directly at the beach, very close to a bakery, supermarket, restaurants. It was perfectly clean and everything we needed was there. Beautiful garden with a fantastic view. Good communication by the owners. Good breakfast was prepared in the fridge for us. Private parking. We would love to stay here again.

“Cosy Chalet in Annecy”
Great location, right near the Lac d'Annecy. There is also an electrical velo station at walking distance, where you can rent electrical bikes (free for the first 30min). The hosts are friendly and available. The room is cosy and well equipped with appliances. The garden is lovely, and gives access to one of the plages of Lac d'Annecy across the street. It's a quiet area.

Value for money, location, cleanliness, terrasse, breakfast, vibe of the place is amazing! I read some feedbacks that the rooms are small. I think we had the smallest but it is smth that you see in description… and it was expected. Otherwise, when you are next to lake and mountains-you do not spend your time in the room. I also was very happy to have breakfast in the fridge and having a moment on the lovely terrace with the cup of hot chocolate! Place is well maintained and crystal clean 👌

Rivage - very clean, shower/bathroom great, equipped room with all facilities you could possibly need for a couple of days stay. The front terrace is amazing and has a nice view over lake Annecy. The owner (Aude) was very nice and attentive.
