“A luxurious home from home. We will miss the views!”
The location! Views, lake, transport, shops and bars. The sense of space in the apartment, but also the comfort. Loved the sofas, the kitchen equipment. For our party- essentially 3 couples- the variety of outdoor space meant people could be together or apart and track the sun or the shade. We felt very lucky :))

“A lovely place to stay in a great location.”
We were a family of six adults and the apartment was very spacious including plenty of outdoor areas to sit. We especially liked the views, the electric barbecue, the comfy beds and the powerful showers. We did not miss not having a car and instead hired bikes from the owners who were very approachable. There is also a free bus service in July and August which runs regularly to Annecy and the other side of the lake. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood but perfectly located close to the popular cycle track and near good supermarkets and a bakery and a short cycle/walk away from Plage Du Clos Berthet a grassy area next to the lake where we often swam.

“Highly recommended for family!”
Big new apartment. Perfect for family (we were 6 -couple+4 children). Large 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/toilets, large leaving room and kitchen fully equiped. Washing machine+Dryer. All brand new and spotless clean. 10 min fron Annecy. 2 min from LIDL/Carefour. Very close to thd beach. Private parking. Quiet neighborhood. Great value for money. Highly recommended!!!!
