The flat was clean, modern, well-equipped and had a beautiful communal roof terrace. It is very near restaurants and coffee shops.

Great location for walking into the centre of Seville (20 minutes), the bus station (10 minutes) and lovely restaurants /bars (5 minutes). Good range of glasses, mugs and plates in the kitchen. Plugs had been set up with lots of USB ports for charging stuff. Really enjoyed using this apartment as our base for exploring Sevilla.

Hosts instructions very clear as how to access the property .apartment was very well designed , all the lights and lamps worked , plenty of usb points , bed and seating really comfortable , plenty of crockery and cutlery , great bathroom and shower . The area within the building was clean and welcoming . The outside terrace was a huge bonus with shade if needed

We loved the property from the start felt at home. Very good also for a longer stay. The property excels in functionality having many items that other similar apartments lack: plenty sockets for your devices, small desk with reading light, clothes rack by the entrance as well big closet, fabulous terrace, several windows , good AC, big shower and bathroom equipped with accessories, small apartment with everything sleeping area, dressing, sitting area couch, equipped kitchen with nespresso machine incl capsules, dining table (re long stay ask about washer) etc But most of all we liked our host Gonzalo, a model host , who not only provided all information but also helped us through an issue with booking.

Very kind and professional welcome by our host. The apartment is perfect for a couple and is comfortable and equipped. Lovely terrace for morning coffee ;) Perfect location in a calm residential part of the Old Town with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and nice walk to the points of interest. Everything was perfect in Gonzalo's apartment, and he sent us a great list of places to visit, restaurants and bars in Seville. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was light and spacious. We would love to return!
