“Perfect retreat from a beautiful city”

It’s a lovely hotel on a quiet square within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The pool on the roof was lovely and had a pretty view.

Everything, the location was perfect! Lovely staff and the rooms were so spacious, clean and comfortable. Rooftop pool was a great touch after a long day walking around the city! Valet parking was so handy, we was even left a thank you card from the amazing bellboys!! Definitely recommend and will stay at this hotel the next time we visit Saville! 10/10

“Beautiful hotel, perfect location!”

The room was beautiful with excellent air conditioning which was essential as it was over 35 degrees! The breakfast was delicious, everything you could want plus you could order additional plates like omelette, fresh eggs, smoked salmon bagels & pancakes.The staff were really helpful, polite and cheerful. We ate lunch in the restaurant attached to the hotel whilst we were waiting for check in time, which was lovely and had a late night drink in the square which was really peaceful after a busy day sightseeing.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. The location is one of the most beautiful in Seville and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The entire staff were true professionals—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. What truly made the difference was the staff, who went above and beyond to make everything easy, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable. This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, and it left an excellent impression on me. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing staff, very clean and perfect location. Although in the heart of the city it was very peaceful and quiet in the room. Walking distance to everything which was perfect. The breakfast was also fantastic and the rooftop pool and bar were great for taking a break. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the city.

Everything was excellent: The hotel is very centrally located and at the same time it is on a calm and quiet square. Also, the breakfast hall is very beautiful - with authentic Andalusian atmosphere. But the most amazing thing was the extremely helpful staff and especially Cristina - the guest experience manager! She made our stay really wonderful - arranged us a new room, since we had a complaint for the first one, gave us a priceless advice how to get tickets for the Real Alcazar as they were sold out online and gave a recommendation for a wonderful restaurant for dinner. But most importantly - she made us feel special with her personal attitude and attentiveness and she had even prepared a small personalised postcard to make our stay in Sevilla most memorable❤️

“A gorgeous hotel with a fabulous rooftop pool in a great location but the rooftop bar service needs to be improved”

The location was great - in a quiet square really close to restaurants, bars and the main sights. The rooftop pool area was gorgeous and we spent lots of time there enjoying the sunshine. Breakfast was good and everywhere in the hotel was super clean. The staff on the reception desk were really helpful.
