The property is in a great location, and the surrounding area is very pleasant. We were able to walk everywhere easily. It was also very quiet—there was no noise at all, and we slept very comfortably. We had a small issue on the second evening, but the host resolved it quickly. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Also, when we first arrived in the room, there was both water and some small snacks provided, which we really appreciated. I’d especially like to add that the towels were excellent—I’d particularly like to highlight that as well.

“Comfortable and cozy stay”
Our stay was truly wonderful. The place was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very cozy. We were very impressed overall and would highly recommend this accommodation. Everything was of a very high standard, and the atmosphere made us feel comfortable from the very beginning.

“Lovely stay in Sevilla”
The place is very nice and has all the amenities that you need. If the weather is nice (which was not our case) you can also have a drink on the terrace. At 7-10 minutes walk there is a Mercadona market where you can buy groceries to eat/drink at home and if you walk for about 30-40 minutes you can reach the city center. Also if you are a football fan, Real Betis stadium is close by in case there is a match.

The neighborhood it was located in was a place where very peaceful and visionary people lived. It was within walking distance to the center due to its location. It is the right choice for those who want to live as if they were in their own home in Seville. You can find all kinds of opportunities around.

The rooms was spacious and clean. There was everything for a great stay. It was so nice to get coffee and some snacks. It is 20 minutes walking to Plaza de España and there is a bus station and a convenient store near. Definitely recommended!
