““The Green Balcony: Seville’s hidden gem with a wonderful host””

Staying at The Green Balcony was one of the highlights of our trip to Seville. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, full of character and clearly restored with so much love and care—it felt like a real home, not just a place to stay. But what made it truly special was Liliana. She is such a lovely, kind, and thoughtful host. Even though we arrived very late (1:30am!), she stayed up to welcome us with a smile, and from the very beginning she made us feel so comfortable. She shared wonderful recommendations that really helped us experience the city like locals, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. It’s rare to meet someone who puts so much heart into what they do—Liliana does exactly that. We left feeling grateful not only for the apartment, but for the warmth she brought to our time in Seville. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

The apartment was really good. It was very clean, however the amount of space was limited. Interior design was fabulous, very climatic and cozy. Perfect for a couple days in Sewilla. The host was very nice. She is really involved and helpful and communicative. Very engaged; We got some tips for sightseein from her. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely accommodation in an ideal location 10 minutes walk into the centre of Seville. Tucked away in a side street was few yards from local bars and cafes. Bus stop close by too. Accommodation was traditional with a modern twist. Really beautiful inside. Liliana the host was very welcoming. Excellent communication before and during our stay. We arrived long before check in but were able to drop off luggage and return later in the day and officially check in. Good facilities, air conditioning in living area, complimentary refreshments which was very welcome. Nothing too much trouble. Bed rooms were compact but comfortable beds and pillows. Had a really lovely stay. Was only sad we werent staying longer. Thank you for our lovely momento. Lovely memories.

Great apartment with lots of attention to detail. Quality in everything, and nice touches. Our host, Liliana was very attentive and made sure we settled in well and enjoyed our stay throughout. Excellent security.

Liliana was a wonderful host, an extremely warm, caring, helpful lady. On check in, she realised it was my daughters Birthday the following day and left a Birthday cake for us. Liliana gave us very helpful restaurant and sightseeing advice. The appartement was beautiful and had everything you need. My flight was early on my last day and Liliana booked a taxi to pick me up at the door at 5am. I would definitely stay here again

“Perfect location, welcoming hosts”

The hosts are incredible. They are very welcoming and wanting to make sure your stay is the most that it can be. The suite has everything you need. The decor is modern and charming at the same time. There is even fruit and chocolate to greet you. The location is ideal. Quite neighbourhood but a short walk to the historic area. Highly recommend 5+ stars

“A real gem in Sevilla”

We liked everything! Superb location, 10 minutes walk to the attractions. Very close to the square full of restaurant and tapas bars. Our host Lilliana was amazing, she gave us many tips about Sevilla and she was all the time helpful and responsible for any question. Apartment is fully equipped with some additional like water and juices, coffee, fruits and chocolates. Apartment is gorgeous and extremely authentic designed, you feel like in palace. We will recommend this apartment to all our friends and we will be back for sure!

Very interesting apartment, high-style decorated, spacious and comfortable, clean to perfection and also centrally located. The host, Liliana, is very warm, kind and attentive. I would rate it as a top star accommodation.

Liliana is really nice, caring and attentive, she makes sure everything is perfect during the stay. The flat is very well located, comfortable and quiet. Beds are comfy and kitchen well equipped. Highly recommend it!

The Green Balcony was finished to a very high standard. The owner, Liliana had thought of everything (bottled water, beer, juice, fresh fruit, chocolate bars, tea sugar coffee etc. shower gel and conditioner too!). She was so friendly and helpful giving us links for places to eat, places to visit, information on getting to The Green Balcony. The apartment was extremely clean and well maintained. Great location, approx 20 mins walk to centre of town for Cathedral and Alcázar etc. It was so quiet in yet very near to a lively square for drinks, tapas, food and miinimarket. It was just like the photos!

The apartment was beautiful, clean & spacious and had everything we needed. Liliana gave us a wealth of information on how to best enjoy our time in Seville and was always readily available.

The flat is super lovely, comfy and cosy. The location is ideal. We parked the car for free in the street and could do everything by foot. The owners are very kind and helpful. They made us feel at home. Hopefully we'll be back soon )
