I booked the hotel for a family vacation. My mother is celiac so we asked for gluten free bread and they had several bread options and sweets. The waiter was really nice and offered to grab it for us and to tell him if we needed anything else. Beds were very comfortable and the AC worked wonders with Sevilla's warm weather.

Good value for money, and not a bad location. Rooms were clean and tidy and a decent size. Food was good on the most part and reasonably priced.

“Near perfect but willl always return”
The staff were extremely friendly and incredibly helpful Apart from one young waitress who was rude and arrogant the rest to a man/woman were amazing It is very clean and stylish. The outdoor pool is amazing and well maintained and was very important in the heat Seville encounters. The food as excellent and see had the buffet breakfast every day. Always perfectly cooked and presented.

The staff were very polite and helpful, and we were checked in almost immediately upon arrival. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with a nice pool and areas for sunbathing and a great view. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well.
