Location is central and walking distance to main attractions. Nice balcony, very large appartment and good wifi. Kitchen well equiped. Working jacuzzi is plus after hard walking under scorching sun. Aircon silent and efficient cooling.

Decor, air-con, location, size.

It is in a perfect location and we could walk everywhere. It had everything we needed, plus more. Really fun decor that lived up to the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay, Seville is amazing

The house is huge. Amazing space, comfy bed, very big toilet and living room. The decor is unique and stylish. The best part, the location. 3 minutes walking to the Giralda and Cathedral. Plenty of restaurants and bars around

“We stayed in a palace worthy of its own opera in Sevilla!!”

This is not an apartment or even a "piso": this is a palace! We could not believe the spaciousness, the elegance, the culture... And it is located within a couple of blocks of the central sites (Cathedral, Alcazar) and within easy walking distance of any number of fine restaurants (many of which were recommended to us by our host). I would say that Sevilla is definitely worth a visit, but I would add that for us, this apartment was a highlight OF our visit to Sevilla. The pictures on Booking don't do it justice. My only hesitation in commending it as highly as I have is that others will now flock to it. But, if we can, and hopefully we will, we will return for an even longer stay!

This was an excellent base for exploring Seville, exactly as described by other reviewers, in a superb location and despite the noisy square, the apartment was quiet. Flamboyantly decorated and well supplied including a laundry and TV, really comfortable for an extended stay. Just one flight of stairs to manage with cases. Very special stay thanks to this apartment.

The apartment was exactly like the pictures and was bigger than expected. Lovely view from the balcony and, as others have said, the noise from downstairs is barely audible in the bedroom which was peaceful.

An incredibly beautiful, large apartment with fantastically stylish furnishings. Very nice, clean bathroom, nice equipped kitchen. Located right in the center, it couldn't be better. Many restaurants, attractions nearby. A parking garage with its own parking space can be reached in 5-10 minutes (20 €/day).

“Lovely, spacious, central, quiet”

Beautifully decorated in traditional style, with large rooms and comfortable seating areas, an exquisite bathroom with good quality toiletries, and a well stocked kitchen, the apartment is big enough to live in. Despite a balcony overlooking a busy, picturesque plaza, it is very quiet with the window shut, especially in the bedroom which is situated four rooms away at the back of the property. Pre-stay communications with the host were prompt, friendly and helpful. Access was via a coded key safe, but straightforward. The location was perfect, a smart and characterful area a few minutes walk from the Cathedral, Alcazar and, in the opposite direction, Las Setas, with dozens of excellent restaurants nearby. Just a joy to stay there.

“Wow, Wow, Wow!!!”

Where do I start? This apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Seville. You are just steps away from the Seville Cathedral. You are overlooking the San Francisco Plaza from two balconies where you can watch all the activities. We would listen to the artists sing or watch flamenco dancers. There was always activities that you could watch. When we tired of people watching we just closed the door and relaxed in the beautiful apartment. This apartment is amazing. You feel like royalty in your very own palace. The rooms are very spacious, well maintained and very comfortable. The furniture is of good quality. The kitchen is very well stocked with a lot of extras. The washing machine comes with detergent, iron and iron board. The bed was very comfortable and with it being in the back of the apartment there was no noise from the street. We actually slept in to 10:30!!! Unfortunately we locked ourselves out of the apartment and Mer came quickly to open the apartment on a Sunday. He was so lovely to us. Thank you Mer. Make your trip special and book this amazing apartment. . . . .it certainly made our trip extra special.
