The apartment is very big with 4 en-suite bedrooms which are perfect for 4 of us. The location is great. The best we have experienced is the help from the management team who has helped us to quickly find back the bag we left in the taxi.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Seville! Communication from the host was responsive for check in details. The apartment itself was spacious and spread over four levels, which gave us plenty of room to relax. There’s even a lift for luggage, which made things much easier. Everything was clean and well-maintained. While the kitchen is on the smaller side, it was perfect for preparing light breakfasts and making coffee in the mornings. We also appreciated having laundry facilities available—it was very convenient for a longer stay. The highlight, though, was definitely the location. You’re just steps away from a great variety of restaurants, cafes, and some of Seville’s most iconic landmarks. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in the heart of the city!

Hosts made it clear we could contact them if there was any difficulty Place was very well stocked, covered pretty much everything we could need, very well maintained and location was superb Water pressure, AC and general facilities all worked really well

Wow. Everything was exceptional. A very unique property. We were not expecting it to be as beautiful or as big! Location was spot on, in the heart of the old town. Every room had its own stunning ensuite with finishes of a very high quality. The beds, linen and pillows all super comfortable. We loved our stay and if/when we return I would not hesitate to stay again. Our original booking was cancelled due to an electrical issue at the last minute, as it turned out a blessing for us. This apartment was a little over our nightly budget so didn’t come up in our search. What a difference that little bit extra gave us. We loved our stay Thank you 🥰

We had a wonderful stay at Fabiola Luxury House in Seville. The property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The location in the old town is perfect—right in the heart of Seville, making it easy to walk to many sights, restaurants, and charming local spots. The property itself is unique and beautifully designed. Each of the four bedrooms was equally spacious and comfortable, which was perfect for our group. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive, helpful, and made the check-in process so easy. Highly recommend this beautiful property!
