Everything! This studio felt much larger than what it actually. It has been reformed to a very high standard and is immaculately clean. Our hosts Ana and Roberto were amazing and very helpful, constantly updating us with things to do and what was happening locally. The studio was stocked with complimentary goodies. The excellent location, safe feel and best of all the sound proofed windows!! We loved all the fab bars and attractions that were nearby. Also of note that it was very clean, well provisioned and peaceful. Comfortable bed &friendly helpful owners. A really good base for city exploring. And did I mention soundproofing on the 3 double windows which was a real perk!

But it was Roberto and Ana who make this place a step above and a really special place to stay. They truly cared that we had the best time in Seville and, thanks in large part to them, WE LOVED IT!

Clean ,modern,bright, great shower!

Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness, beautifully appointed and maintained interior. Wonderful hosts Robert and Ana who were so helpful from pre arrival to post departure. Excellent communication and advice on local events, attractions and eateries. We have travelled extensively in Europe the past few years but would rate this accommodation as our best yet. Would love to visit Sevelle again and stay here, we visited during Semana Santa it was a treat. The apartment is very centrally located with an abundance of bars, cafes & restaurants on its doorstep. Easy walking distance to all main attractions. Commendations to Robert & Ana on such a wonderful presentation of their property and their city.

Absolutely amazing, Roberto and Ana went BEYOND above and beyond! The location is ideal, just off the main streets but next to the most amazing restaurants and walking distance to main attractions. We stayed here during our wedding weekend and we were made to feel special every minute of our stay. Cannoy recommend highly enough!

I stayed 9 nights in the accommodation in beginning of March 2026 due to a nose surgery I had right down the street. From the very start to the end, Ana and Roberto was extremely accommodating and helpful. They helped me with moving my luggage up and down the stairs due to my surgery, and always sent nice tips on what to do and see. The accommodation was very nicely located, with many grocerie stores, pharmacies, and restaurants a close walk on foot. There is coffee capsule machine and tea boiler, microwave, stove plate, washing/dryer maschine, and fridge. There is also a hop-on-hop-off busstop 2min walk from the apartment which was a convenient way to get a quick over-all look at the city, before exploring more the stops you like. The apartment was nice and clean, and I would definitely have stayed again!

Exceptionally clean, stylish accommodation providing everything short stay travellers need for a city break. We couldn’t have booked a better location for a break in Sevilla. Easy to reasonable walking distance from all the main attractions. Excellent tapas bar only a stones throw from the balcony. Our hosts were so very helpful and welcoming. We had no difficulties, but they were readily on hand if we needed anything. We plan to book this apartment again and would recommend it to others.
