Quiet and clean. The swimming pool is a must in Sevilla.

It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. everyone we spoke with was fluent in English and Spanish. Bathroom was a good size, shower had great pressure and temperature control. A/C was really powerful and the blackout curtains were great. the in hotel dinner restaurant was also great with exceptional views of the city.

The breakfast, the location, and the service provided by the hotel staff were excellent. They were very polite and helpful.

The staff was excellent, the comfort and the breakfast were all fine, public transport is relatively near. Water pressure is top notch, which is quite unusual these days.

The hotel is very nice indeed and very clean. Staff very attentive and always there when you need them. As well as most of them can speak English well, some can do a bit of sign language for the Deaf which was much appreciated. We found the room in the right part being not directly to the sun meaning keeping cool throughout. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice including for those who have special dietary needs. As the weather has been very hot while we were at Seville, the afternoons are best spent by the poolside where we can cool off despite cold water. The location of the hotel is although about 25 minutes walk to the old part of the city but it’s only 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the tram stop at San Bernardo which took us right into the city centre by the cathedral. The main railway station (Seville Santa Justa) is just 15 minutes walk away where we got the train to Cordoba for the day. It’s best to get the train from there rather than San Bernardo station as the former has more facilities and staff where you can purchase train tickets without any difficulties but make sure you take your passport with you for identification purposes (the same applies if you wish to book tickets for Seville Cathedral and Real Alcazar). The supermarket is just across the road from the hotel.

Central, only 20 mins walk to main sights. Swimming pool was a bonus, especially in the 40 degree heat. Upgraded on arrival to a junior suite which was a lovely surprise. Room spacious and comfortable. Lots of variety at breakfast. All staff very helpful and friendly.

Excellent facilities with a large relaxing area near the lobby and 2 restaurants. The location is a 6 minute walk to the metro and 2 stops to the old town.. The room was spacious and immaculate.
