The location was fabulous. Lovely roof terrace. Good big bedrooms with en suites. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable lounge.

4 bedrooms with 4 ensuitebathroome, ideal for ourparty of 6. Lovely roof terrace for evening beers, close to bars and restaurant. Very good restaurant net door, when we tried to book was told no room, but we contacted our host and they managed to get us a booking.

We found a charming traditional Sevillian house, exceptionally clean and perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from all major tourist attractions. It’s an excellent choice for groups of friends — we stayed comfortably as a group of 7 and had a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay at the Townhouse, plenty of bedrooms and en-suites for all, a comfortable lounge, kitchen and sunny terrace - but the best bit is the location, a lovely quiet street but a quick easy walk to all parts of Seville, we could pop back at any time and then head out again. Would highly recommend.

Beautifully furnished 4-storey town house with fabulous roof terrace in an excellent location in the old town in a quiet narrow street close to the Bull ring. All of the four bedrooms are en suite which was great for us as a group of four friends. Steep stairs but that’s what is to be expected in a town house and worth the climb up to the roof terrace which was a lovely place to start and end the day. We could walk everywhere to all the main attractions and it was really well placed for restaurants and bars with a supermarket a few minutes walk away and also easy to walk across the bridge to Triana. Eduardo was very helpful and great at communication - he met us on arrival and explained the workings of the house clearly, kindly let us leave our bags in the hall area on our last day until we had to leave, arranged a taxi for us to the airport and came to say goodbye. Would highly recommend as a base to explore Seville.

It was lovely, really homely and comfortable. We cane for Christmas and it was great. The very kind host surprised us with a gift for my daughters birthday. All very clean, great location, and really friendly host.

The location was on a quiet street but in easy walking distance of everything. Each bedroom had a bathroom with shower, and the kitchen was well equipped. Each room had underfloor heating and aircon, although we didn't need to test them. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely too. Overall I can't recommend this place enough

Our host was fantastic, we really appreciated the opportunity to leave our bags in the hosts office and then met again later to be shown around the property. A very comfortable, clean, well equipped house and brilliant host. Brilliant location as well. We would definitely recommend the property and hope to return soon!

“Beautifully Appointed and In a Great Area”

Beautiful townhouse. Well appointed. Lots of dishes and glasses. Best pillows for this trip - really helped with a great sleep. Location is perfect for exploring both sides of the river. Great shopping and restaurants/markets. Quiet area.

The house was beautiful and clean. It was in a great location so we were able to walk to all the main attractions. The owner was very helpful and stayed in touch throughout. There were lots of good restaurants in the locality. I would definitely return.
