“To the owners - FIX THE POOL”
The location is within walking distance to everything you'd need including the airport bus stop. The entry codes to get in mean you won't lose your keys and it was nice to have a lift.

“The owner was responsive and respectful to their guests. We really appreciated it.”
The apartment is close to all the ammenities, stores, restaurants, bakeries and also a pharmacy. You can take breakfast, dinner or enjoy a conversation with a beer and tapas just a few steps away. It is a quiet, comfortable and safe place to stay.

“Good location”
The apartment was good, but it lacked the extra touch to get a “very good” rating. It is however very well located for enjoying on foot the attractions in central Seville. The area has a lot of very good restaurants which we enjoyed very much.

The hosts provided us with instructions and door codes in good time, so it was easy to get into the apartment block and the apartment itself. All the furnishings were clean and in good order, usual coffee and tea making facilities, and a modern TV. On the same floor as the lounge and kitchen there was a bed and a bathroom, and a set of stairs leading up to a mezzanine floor, where there was another bed and bathroom. This floor also provided access to the rooftop terrace, where there was a hot tub but as we were there in January, unsurprisingly it was not in use. The apartments were in a little square with a bar in the corner, and once you know where to go (as is always the case) you aren't too far from bars, restaurants and shops so the location is good. Our host contact Emilio was very helpful and responsive and we never had a problem contacting him.

“Good opportunity to a short trip to seville.”
Perfect location, about 5-10 minutes from the alcazar. Comfortable bed, you can easy contact with the owner. The entrance gate was in front of our door, and we afraid of, it would be noisy at night, but in the and it was'n a problem. A radiant heater would be used, if you feel cold.

The location was perfect. We never used transportation as the main attractions were at walking distance. The hosts were really helpful about earlier check in and let us leave our luggages at the apartment earlier than check in time

Host was very friendly and provided all necessary check in information in advance. The location was a good walking distance to basic shops and the main part of town.

“Very nice”
Modern and spacious little apartment in a lovely quiet area with a great little bar just downstairs. Close to Plaza de Espania and other places, including shops. Very comfortable sofa and beds were decent. Beautiful view from the balcony onto the square surrounded by trees. Massive plus for the codes instead of keys.

The location was perfect, you can walk to the tourist places you have to know in Seville. Quiet and safe area with markets close to the building. The apartment was clean, beautiful, modern, spacious, and very comfortable.
