The apartment is well equipped, it has everything as written in the description. Near to the city center. Alvaro was very nice und helpful.

Spacious room with air condition, necessary as it was very hot in Seville. Near to a beautiful neighborhood. The owner Alvaro is very friendly. I asked for a trash bin in the bathroom and he bought one immediately. He was very helpful when I asked for a check out later and although this was impossible he advised me where at least I could leave my luggage.

Great location, Wonderful neighborhood. Lots of things to do and see in this area. Loved walking across the bridges to Seville. Triana Market was wonderful. Great stay all around. Wonderful sites to see. All within walking distance.

The location is great... close to cente and attractions. Communication with host was brilliant. Easy to access... even after a late flight. Cosy studio with cute balcony, great for short stay in Seville. Air con was very much welcome and bathroom was clean with decent shower. Great location with a huge parking lot just on the other side of the road (non guarded) on the other side of the river but very close to Plaza de Espana. Cozy and with all the main features needed for a quick stay. Alvaro, who received us, was very kind and gave full availability for any question or issue.

Good location, a lot of restaurans/bars nearby. Great host - was very helpful and flexible in regards of check in and check out hours. Apartment has a very cozy balcony - great for morning coffee. Comfortable bed. Totally recommend.

It is a flat with everything you need to be comfortable. It's one of those well-thought-out spaces where everything is well-distributed. The supermarket is just around the corner and the city centre is just across the bridge and a 15-20 min walk away. You are very close to many bars and terraces by the river, where you can eat or go out to party. The communication with Alvaro is very good. The price is very good. Note: the flat is right in front of the entrance where the Feria de Seville takes place.

Very well equipped flat. Not large but perfect size for two. Close to supermarket, lovely terrace. Very welcoming host Alvaro, very thorough explaining everything about property. Very comfortable bed, enough channels on tv. Friendly neighbours.
