“Fantastic Casa with much charm.”
Loved the location. Alfalfa is a very old part of Seville with narrow streets and much charm. The owner was super helpful in answering any questions and in giving advice. We would return to this Casa.

The location is fab and the house is very cute.It is an old house which has been restored. It is neat and clean and has a distinct charm to it. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Theres a carrefour within 100 mtrs. The host is attentive and accessible. Cons While we had absolutely no issues it’s not for ppl with mobility issues. The host cud provide a few extra supplies like olive oil/ salt pepper / a welcome surprise like wine or chocolates to add to the charm of this place. We also ran out of coffee pods as we rcvd only two during our stay.

Everything. I cannot rate this house high enough and I highly recommend it. The history of the building was amazing, and how it has been restored - it's absolutely beautiful. AMAZING location, walking distance to almost everything. The host is absolutely lovely and very helpful and responsive. The area is busy late at night, but the sound proofing they have done to the windows - you would have no idea that you're in the middle of a busy square.

Such an amazing house in the middle of Alfalfa. This 16th century house has charm and charisma that you won’t get in a new hotel. Walking distance to all attractions. Lovely helpful hosts. If you want to immerse yourself in Spanish history you must stay here.

“Character rich house in perfect location”
Perfect location for exploring Seville. Cute, quirky little apartment with nice views from the juliette balcony on to the plaza. Ideal in the morning for breakfast and evening with a nice drink to watch the world go by. It was clean and the host is super friendly and accommodating. And, it has air conditioning. A must in Seville summer. We loved every moment of our stay.

Amazing location- so central for old town & all its key attractions. Close to good restaurants, cafés and bars. The owner was extremely helpful before & during our stay. Very clean & comfortable. Historical and quirky building - memorable experience. The air-conditioning & shutters in the bedroom were so effective at keeping us cool & shutting out light & noise that we slept in until 10am on our first morning!😀 Would highly recommend for a memorable experience.

“Truly Sevillian life”
this house is everything you can wish for, for the most incredible stay in Sevilla. it’s a period property fully refurbished with still tons of character and a quirky low ceiling on the stairs (you get used to it immediately). Location is excellent and the owners are not only extremely friendly and helpful, they are just guardian angels of your perfect holiday 😉
