I had an excellent stay. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, and they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They assigned me a fantastic room that perfectly suited my needs, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was also very impressed by their honesty and helpfulness when I accidentally left an accessory behind. They quickly arranged to send it to my home, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Their level of customer service was truly outstanding.

“very comfortable friendly staff & great location”
Very easy to check in Staff very friendly and helpful. Wanted to stay for another night but they were booked out. Even though we were checking out early we were allowed to leave our bags in storage as we could not check into our other accommodation until 3pm. Very much appreciated we will be back.

“Very good surprise!”
Easy Access, clean, good water pressure and everything was working. Good location and quiet. Very good bed. The room had a little living room, if you can call that. If you would like to cook, there's a kitchen in a common area, and a lobby with chairs and tables.

“Great value for money in a perfect location”
We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Boutique La Pila del Pato. We especially appreciated the excellent location in the old town of Seville – close to the main tourist attractions, yet situated in a quiet area that allowed us to relax and enjoy the stay. Communication with the staff was very good, and the check-in process was easy and smooth despite our late arrival. Another great advantage was access to the shared kitchen, where we could make coffee or tea and use the fridge. Overall, it is a very nice place to stay in Seville with a great value for money.
