We met the owner at the apartment. Communication was excellent, and we received some useful recommendations. The apartment was very clean and comfortable—we had everything we needed. I highly recommend it.

“Great place to stay in Sevilla”

We had a great time in Sevilla! Tomás flat is very nice, clean and modern but not the most spacious - but you will probably be out in the streets most of the time, also to eat. The kitchen is also well equipped though. We were two couples and a small child and would definitely recommend. But most important, Tomás is great host!! He met us at his flat and gave us amazing Tipps, which we really enjoyed. We would definitely recommend!

Perfect Location, just found it a bit confusing to enter the building on arrival, had to phone host,who was very helpful, to welcome us into the accomodation.

“Two levels apartment in good location”

Nice location in walking distance to all sights. Comfortable beds and nice apartment set up. The kitchen with all what one can need for cooking, including coffee maker with coffee pads. The patio was nice for a breakfast. We like our stay there and can totally recommend it.

Tomas is a very good host. He helped us with everything we needed! The apartment was very spacious and we had everything there what we needed. A complete kitchen with coffee and tea, 2 bathrooms with a good shower, products to use, fresh towels, 2 nice bedrooms with a good mattress.

“Helpful, friendly host for your conveniently located home away from home”

Tomas is a superb host and his apartment has everything you could need to make it a home away from home. There was some miscommunication on our arrival time being later than he thought but he was patient and so very, very helpful and friendly upon our arrival. He was a one-man tourist advisor too. As a bonus there is a nice bottle of wine and a local pastry/cookie thing waiting for you upon your arrival. We loved sitting on the small terrace having a drink and tapas after a day of navigating the tourist hordes of Seville. Convenient location for most sites.
