The apartment is really nice and well furnished. The terrace is really nice and quiet, perfect for a light candle dinner. The hosts were super nice and left us also water and beers to enjoy. The apartment is a little bit distant from the city center (20-25 min by walk but we choose it wisely to avoid noise and crowds).

Beautiful top floor apartment in the old town part of Seville. Had absolutely everything we needed and was beautifully furnished. A lovely personal welcome for the owners who checked in halfway through our stay via booking,com to check all was ok. Spotlessly clean with a lovely outside terrace. Close to all the main attractions of Seville.

A fabulous apartment, great location, very clean and in a perfect location for an easy walk to all the main sights. The terrace is good to have and is quite large. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the Aircon is excellent, especially in the bedroom. It was 40° during our stay and the apartment was perfectly cool. Florence, the host is very, very helpful and kind.

Exceptional - quiet, good location, quality furnishings, comfortable bed. Perfect for our 4-day stay, during which we walked to all the great sites of central Seville. The 4 floors, no lift is an effort with bags, but worth the benefits of the patio and top floor quiet.

“Worthwhile stay”

The apartment is in a very good location, restaurants (Paradas 7, great for beakfast), a supermarket and the bus station Plaza de Armas nearby. The rooms are very well taken care of and clean, as well as the bathroom, balcony and kitchen, each equipped with the most important utensils. Florence and her husband were very helpful, kind and professional. They helped us to book a local taxi service as we had to be at the airport early in the morning. We were there at the end of October and the city had its charme and sunshine, so we enjoyed the morning with sunshine on the balcony with a cup of self-made coffee. We used the portable heater in the evenings when we needed it warmer. In the daytime we left to see the old city by feet, passing by the beautiful river site and parks, afterwards participating a Flamenco show in the evening and we felt save to walk back at anytime. We felt comfortable and as if we had a home in Sevilla. We would come back at anytime. Gracias

Great location to walk to the historical centre and bus station. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped for self catering and located in a quiet street. The terrace is a lovely place to sit out. The host was really helpful, responding quickly to any questions and let us leave our luggage after the checkout time so that we could have a last walk in Seville before leaving for the airport.

“All you need for a comfortable stay in a good location”

Thank you Florence/Rafael for making time to welcome us on our arrival. Also, for providing all the things that help make a traveller/pilgrim feel at home, like: The drinks you left in the fridge, the tea and coffee, a kitchen with basic necessities, some detergent to wash our clothes, shampoo and conditioner and the much appreciated moisturizer, adequate toilet paper, the clean white linen and fluffy towels , a comfortable bed. These things we have found on our month of travels, but not all together in the same accommodation. Also, we really appreciated the balcony. It's an 8.5 score from us.
