“Great location and managed by an angel!”

Margarita and her daughter met us on arrival and went through everything we needed to know. Prior to arrival, Margarita was also really helpful with details on how to get to the apartment using bus/taxi. Location is excellent....10mins walk to most of the places we wanted to visit or less if you wanted to catch a bus. The apartment had everything we could need with a large fridge freezer, washing machine, loads of wardrobe space, etc, and was spotlessly clean. Excellent air-conditioning in the bedroom and lounge and, apart from the occasional banging door in the middle of the night, it was really quiet. Great places close by for eating and a little supermarket less than 5 minute walk away. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Apartment had everything we needed and host very helpful, clean quiet and comfortable during our 4 night stay. Of 5 Spain city stays this has been the best. Location also good for local bars and restaurants.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The location it’s perfect to walk to the main attractions of the city. Margarita, the host, is very kind and helpful! Staying here was definitely relaxing.

“Right in the heart of Macarena...a caring host”

Margarita went over and above as a host & we were very well looked after. The apartment is located right in the heart of a family-centric neighbourhood which made us feel safe even when we walked back little late after dinner. The apartment was well set up for our 5 days enabling us to do much needed laundry after 2 weeks on the road, & to cook a few simple meals when we didn't want to eat out. Even before we arrived Margarita was in touch via WhatsApp to help craft a message in Spanish to show the taxi driver exactly how to get to the front door. we had a lot of luggage which was awkward over cobble stones. Groceries are easily available from close by stores (about 100m) & there are many delicious eateries close by. Margarita is very good with tips on where to go for visits and eats. We very much enjoyed our first time in Seville and can highly recommend Margarita's apartment.

Clean and comfortable apartment, in an excellent location. Close to many restaurants and bars, but in a very quiet street. The hosts were lovely. Highly recommended.

We had stayed here before and where delighted to be able to return. Margarita met us at the property and provided us local recommendations. It is situated in a lovely neighbourhood and is well located for a stay in Seville.

“exceptional stay in a very reasonably priced apartment.”

The property was unique, very clean and comfortable for 4. All facilities were excellent, air conditioning was good. The host even found us a parking space on the road which didn’t cost us, so this was greatly appreciated as parking can be difficult and expensive. although o know this will not always be possible. Apartment close to amenities, we were very happy.
