I highly recommend this apartment. It is cosy, clean, and well-equipped; we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The host was kind and welcoming, and was even able to accommodate an earlier check-in, which was a great help. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the city centre. Gracias :)

Excellent accomodation - clean, comfortable, great location. Good air-con, wifi, plenty of hot water, nice towels and nicely decorated. Excellent communication with host who met us outside the apartment, early check-in and showed us all the appliances. Clean, secure building and friendly neighbours. Stayed 8 nights could have stayed longer. Will recommend to family & friends in Australia and the UK.

“Everything you need in the heart of the city”

The second floor apartment was located in a small locked shopping area on the second floor, supported by a lift. Ideally located right behind the Setas ( mushrooms as I called them), perfect for walking everywhere and near a taxi rank for airport transfer. The apartment contained everything you could possibly need including a tiny balcony, ideal for drying clothes at night. The bed and also sofa bed in the Lounge were extremely comfy. We experienced the 43 degree heat but there were 2 air conditioning units,however we only felt the need to use one as it was a fairly cool apartment anyway. Bathroom was compact, washing machine also, shower great and once water came through it was nice and hot. All clean and tidy and a small complimentary bottle of water. Just outside the gated area was a well stocked supermarket and also a lovely outdoor cafe in a courtyard. Great communication also from the owners. Would definitely recommend and would come back.

Really nice apartment for the price! Full of natural light, with nice decor, spacious bathroom. It was great to pop in during the day and relax before going out again. The building itself is very strategically located and is close to tapas restaurants, delis and sight seeing. lt's also very calm and we had noiseless nights. The owner seems to be very pleasant, although we haven't met in person.

Great space in a good location to explore Seville. Very safe apartment with multiple locks/doors to get in. Comfortable and small kitchen was perfect for light breakfasts/lunch. Highly recommend.

- Nice and more importantly an incredibly helpful hostess. Easily reachable and responds on time. - From this location we could walk everywhere without any trouble (Mum of 57 and son of 25). Relatively central, almost directly next to the Setas. However, this apartment was part of an enclosed block of apartments, which resulted in complete silence during the nights! - Apartment was cleaned nicely when we arrived. Wi-Fi worked well, air-co worked well. We had a really pleasant stay here, especially for the price we paid compared to similar facilities.

Has everything you need, from ironing board, fridge, washing machine. Very clean and tidy. Location was great also next to supermarket and many restaurants.

Such friendly hosts, let us leave our bags early. Very clean and nice apartment. Also has a washing machine which is a huge bonus when travelling!
