The apartment is immaculate. Cozy apartment and comfortable beds at a very reasonable price. Good water pressure both hot and cold, well functioning air condition which is important as weather was getting warmer. It is also a walking distance to many attractions such as Plaza Espana Seville. Most of all, Marta the host is very kind, considerate and responsive. A highly recommended stay in Seville.

Everything was great and host was very nice.. she sent us lots of recommendations and information on the different events happening that weekend to make sure we get to experience the most of seville. The location was very good, lots of nearby tapas places and close to the supermarket also so very convenient.

Marta was at the appartment when we arrived, she is friendly and helpful for adresses for restaurants and where to park in the neighbourhood . the apartment is very clean, the beds sleep well and it’s quiet in the night. Everything is nearby and in a short walk you are in Santa Cruz. i will recommend this apartment

Location is alright. It is a very cute apartment. You don't need keys only a code to enter. The owner is kind and very helpful! You can set up the AC as you wish. There was water in the fridge for us when we arrived.
